THE PROJECT
The goal of this project was to develop a new series of snowboard helmets using industrial designers in the ideation process. Once the ideation process converged to a specific concept, a clay model was built prior to scanning for reverse engineering.

- Industrial design for aesthetic, functionality, ergonomics, manufacturing and packaging solutions.
- Engineering of all mechanical components, including auto-leveling and passive vibrations attenuation
- 3D model of the entire mechanical design
- Finite element analysis of the combined passive and active isolation system developed
